June Gossler Anderson is an author and an independent publisher dob as Granny Girl Press. Her seven books range from a Civil War memoir based on the experiences of her great-grandfather; her own somewhat fictionalized and often hilarious memoirs of growing up in the 40s & 50s; a children’s picture book about garbage-eating worms; a multicultural mystery of supernatural proportions; and accounts of the Haunting of the Anoka Masonic Lodge.
June has written history columns for the St. Francis Courier and Anoka County Union Herald and published accounts of her paranormal adventures in Fate Magazine. Mentoring to writers wanting to get their books into print, she has written a guide on How to Publish Your Book without Going Broke and teaches classes on that subject.
